What is IL TACCHINO?

Currently a pilot project with big ambitions

IL TACCHINO was born from a simple question: why should we choose between healthy and tasty?

Every time we eat out, take out, or order food at home or at the office, it seems like we have to make a compromise. Either we choose fast and convenient, but unhealthy, or we choose healthy, but often tasteless, unexperienced, or with long wait times.

I thought it could be done differently. That's how IL TACCHINO was born – a premium fast casual brand, built on the idea that healthy, tasty and fast can all be at the same table. Yes, you can have it all.

We chose turkey as our raw material because it is one of the most balanced proteins: low in fat, high in protein and with clear health benefits. Around it we built a menu based on fresh ingredients, never frozen, cooked responsibly – on the stove or by convection, never fried in oil. We wanted to bring inspiration from cuisines from around the world, but reinterpreted healthily and adapted to a modern lifestyle.

What makes us different?

  • 100% premium turkey breast – a natural source of protein, with very little fat and low cholesterol.

  • Fresh ingredients, never frozen – for authentic taste and nutritional value.

  • Responsible cooking – convection or on the stovetop, never deep-frying.

  • Recipes inspired by all over the world – reinterpreted with turkey breast and vibrant spices.

  • Marinated with patience, cooked to order - classic methods, minimum 24 hours, only with natural ingredients.

  • Premium, fast experience – for those who don't want to compromise on time or quality.


IL TACCHINO is not just about food, however. It is about a global business trend. In the United States, the fast casual category has exploded in the last 20 years. Brands like Chipotle have demonstrated that people are looking for fast, yet tasty and quality experiences, building thousands of locations and a mature market worth tens of billions of dollars.

In Europe, however, we are just at the beginning. There are local concepts, a few small niche chains, but there is still no strong native brand that can become the exponent of this category. I think this is where the big opportunity lies: IL TACCHINO can be this brand – starting in Romania and growing rapidly in markets where consumers are looking for exactly this mix: healthy, tasty and fast .


We thought of the concept from the very beginning as a scalable model and we took important steps: from standardizing processes, to registering the brand and visual symbol at European level. For me, this is not just a restaurant, but a project with the ambition to show that Romania can give the world a global premium fast casual brand.

IL TACCHINO is my soul project. My way of showing that health and taste do not have to be opposites, but can coexist on the same plate. And I believe that with this brand we can demonstrate to Europe – and why not the world – that Yes! You can have it all.
